<![CDATA[Welcome to Erin and John's travel blog.

We are currently in New Zealand. We started traveling in December 2007, it was supposed to be for a year but we were having too much fun to go home just yet so we decided to stay a bit longer. Unfortunately, the blog entries stopped some time ago- we were having too much fun to keep updating it...lazy we know! However, the photos are up to date and are pretty self explanatory!
Our route so far has been, an 8 week overland tour of Africa from Kenya to South Africa which started on New Years Eve 2007- so far the absolute highlight. From there we moved on to South-East Asia covering Cambodia, Vietnam, Laos, Thailand and Singapore for 2 months.
We then went to Australia to earn some money and stayed there for 1 year, living in Fremantle and Melbourne and traveling all of the East Coast and Tasmania. In April 2009 we arrived in New Zealand and are currently working for 4 hours a day on farms in exchange for our food and accomodation- we are having the time of our lives- apart from the mucking out bits!
Enjoy looking at our blog,
Erin and John x x x
