Here I am, sitting in Sao Paulo, in the midst of a storm, the night before we fly home.
Sao Paulo has a bit of a bad reputation amongst travellers, but I really don´t see why, it´s just a big city, so there´s a lot to do. And all of the grafitti is amazing! We arrived in Sao Paulo when we first arrived in Brazil, and went to the MASP art museum, which was really cool. And we found this AMAZING mask shop, where we went a bit mad upon our return. Also maintained a nice sense of symmettry by going to a snake farm on our last day here, very similar to the snake farm on our first day of our trip back in Bangkok... so long ago!
Weather is really bad, it´s strange that weather will probably be better back home. I have absolutely no idea how I will ever fit all of my stuff into my backpack now. Especially with the peace pipes and the tea caddy. Oh god. Anyway, I guess I´ll be seeing most of you on Friday, so you better start making ¨welcome back to Britain¨ cakes for me.
The meaty meaty picture, by the way, is firstly because there is no photo available of Sao Paulo, only beaches or Rio, and secondly because I having a BBQ when I get back. I´ll tell you when I see you. I expect that it will look very similar to that pictured.
Tara for now!
