Both are good phones, and the Note, with that big sceern and tablet-like features, is holding its own against the newer quad-core phones. Ultimately the choice comes down to size, portability, and the sort of things you do most with your phone, among other things (e.g. more emailing and document work as opposed to texting and calls).
