Grandad & Nanny
Hi Laura and James.
It has been wonderful to hear from you when you are so far away and the piccys are quite stunning as are the places you are visiting.
Sorry I haven't sent a message before but it was Kerry who taught me how to get on the message board, I did send an email - hope you got it OK. (NB I'm not very computer literate)
At the moment I am head cook and "bottle washer" as Nanny has had a major shoulder re-build. I don't know how it's done but is very painful and has a re-coup time of about six months. I had no idea how impossible it is to cope with just one arm - and the right one at that! I hope I never have to have it done. They must have used a lot of Araldite and filler to fix the bones. Next time she will give me a big chunk of message to put on to the message board.
Kerry and Mark are fine - Kerry is working in IT at Bristol Hospital and Mark is First Officer with Easy Jet, they have a lovely little house in a village some 30 minutes from Bristol.
Richard has now bouht a nice flat in Hemel Hempstead and is Team Leader of a large company's IT Department. Holly and Aaron are doing well.
All of them send their love and best wishes as do Nanny and me.
Anyway - back to the grindstone, I've got the dinner dishes to do then I will nip out for half an hour to the village pub for a quick wid-down pint
Good Night, God Bless and continue to really enjoy yourselves.
Love Grandad and Nanny XXX
