Hi there everyone! As I write this, I am sitting in Sarahs living room, contemplating the fact that i only have less then 24 hours left in England, in a life that has become so normal in fact.. Even though I may whinge about the weather and the crime, the tube and the price of living, London has grown on me and I will miss it! The feeling of living in such an awesome city with so much history, culture, and great shopping. I have had an awesome couple of years travelling all over the northern hemisphere. I look at all the photos and memories and cant believe how much i have achieved! I am severely in debt, but what an experience!!
For the rest of the afternoon, I am chilling cause I am now packed - how I managed to fit enough clothes for minimum 1 year in one backpack I am still amazed at my skills - mix and match and layering as well as daily washing of clothes I think... And then I am heading into Oxford Circus for a final wander among the shops for late night shopping and going to see Sound Of Music in the West End on my own:-( It was a last minute decision but I needed to end my time in London in the classic London way, and I went to Billy Elliott the day after i arrived, and going to Sound of Music the last night - quite fitting huh??
Tomorrow Ive got to somehow lug all my luggage on the Piccadilly Line to Heathrow for the Qatar Flight to Osaka. Then My one week of intensive training with Amity will commence and then the classroom will be mine. I am so looking forward to being in japan and experiencing everything that will go with it. I have been a little bit slack with the language study but I still remember the basics and I have the prhasebooks in my carry on luggage so its a long flight (16 hours all up) Im sure I will have time to study!! Ive got to still pinch myself that in a little over 36 hours i will be in japan - and so much closer to home!! everyone say yay!
I will keep you all updated on what is happening in japan and what i am up to. I will be getting a laptop with skype and no landline so if you wanna chat - better install skype on your computer or be a very quick typer! I will update sometime in the first week to let you know how I am settling in then aim to update weekly - with photos and videos on flickr and the best on here...
And as they all say Nippon e Yokoso! - WELCOME TO JAPAN!!!

Victor , 1-Count Brush (Misc.) i have been using l'occitane shaving brush for 8 hrs or so, love it. only flaw is that hairs would sieetomms dislodge, but not a big deal. recently, the brush broke out of the metal casing. my wife bought a new one for me, and it is horrible! the ends are prickly, stiff. and hurt. i am now gluing my old one back together and will return the new one. too bad, first bad experience with l'occitane.
Anam Enjoyed your video. Teilah, thanks for sednnig the link. I do travel quite a bit and will have to investigate your services for my next trip. Hope to see you soon.
